Enterprise currently operates its London Heathrow Airport branch from Northern Perimeter Road and provides courtesy shuttle connections from all four active passenger terminals.
Enterprise's current Heathrow guidance says its shuttle bus operates approximately every 5–8 minutes from outside the arrivals hall at the passenger terminals.
Shuttle frequency is supplier guidance rather than a guaranteed waiting time. Airport traffic and operating conditions can affect transfers.
The exact walking route depends on your arrival terminal, but the overall collection process is straightforward.
The following terminal information was checked against current Enterprise Heathrow arrival instructions on 16 September 2026. Always follow current airport signage and your rental confirmation if arrangements change.

Enterprise does, however, currently offer an after-hours vehicle return facility at this location.
The exact fleet available will depend on your travel dates and current availability. Consider passenger numbers, luggage, transmission preference and where you intend to drive.
Smaller cars can suit couples and solo travellers and may make parking easier on trips involving London or UK towns.
Automatic transmission can be particularly useful for overseas visitors adjusting to driving on the left.
An SUV may suit longer journeys, family holidays or travellers wanting additional passenger and luggage flexibility.
Larger passenger vehicles can be useful for families and groups, subject to availability for your dates.
Rental requirements vary according to licence, driver, country of residence, payment method and vehicle category. Check the terms attached to your actual reservation.
For travellers arriving from overseas, Heathrow can be a convenient starting point for a self-drive journey around Britain.
Vehicles in the UK drive on the left-hand side of the road, road distances are generally shown in miles and speed limits are displayed in miles per hour.
If you usually drive on the right, take a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the vehicle before leaving the rental branch. Pay particular attention at roundabouts, junctions and when joining a road.
This is one of the particularly useful features of the Enterprise Heathrow location. Enterprise currently states that an out-of-hours key box is available beside the car hire building.
The M25 provides connections around Greater London and links Heathrow with major routes towards different parts of southern England.
The M4 provides an important connection towards London and west towards destinations such as Windsor, Reading and beyond.
If your journey enters London, check current road-charging rules before travelling and understand how applicable charges are handled under your rental agreement.
Enterprise offers one-way rental options on eligible journeys, allowing customers to collect at Heathrow and return to another participating location where available.
This can be useful for UK touring holidays, business travel or travellers departing from a different airport. Check the complete price and conditions because one-way charges may apply.
