SIXT's Terminal 5 arrangement is different from the shuttle-based companies. Its current branch is at Terminal 5 Sofitel London Heathrow T5, Hounslow, TW6 2GD.
After collecting your baggage, enter arrivals and turn right towards Marks & Spencer. Continue towards the terminal doors, then follow the route for Car Rental & Sofitel Hotel. Use the elevator to Level 1, marked SIXT & Sofitel Hotel, and follow the corridor towards the hotel.
SIXT currently lists the T5 branch as open 07:00–23:00 daily and offers 24-hour returns. Check your reservation for the arrangements applying to your booking.
